My experience with the Personal Leadership Program has been life changing!
It was quite different from any other leadership initiative that I was involved in based on the fact that it helped me to identify the components of my leadership DNA first, before considering what would be required to lead others. I appreciated the fact that the learnings from this program were not limited to the workplace. It instilled in me the fact that I had a responsibility and the ability to lead at any time, in any environment where it was deemed necessary because the skills which I developed were transferrable.
The approach taken by Leaders’ Edge was simple yet very impactful and therefore the “ah ha moments” sometimes exploded out of nowhere making them unforgettable. The facilitator Joanne who ran our session demonstrated the highest level of customer focus that I have seen in a very long time. Working with us to ensure that the product being delivered matched the needs of our organization, there were no issues arising that could not be addressed. This gave me a great degree of comfort prior to the delivery of the actual training sessions, providing the confidence I needed to secure a successful outcome.
I would strongly recommend the Personal Leadership Program conducted by Leaders’ Edge in a heartbeat regardless of the industry in which you are involved. My only caveat would be to attend the session with an open mind, and be prepared to hold on to your seats for the level of honesty you will have to face as you discover some interesting elements about yourself!!
Well worth the investment!

In my past experience through many leadership style courses, the Living Leader Program is fundamentally the most impactful program to positively motivate, challenge and provide individuals the tools to become better leaders. The positive impact of this program has truly changed our management team and style in terms of how we communicate, perform and empower each other every day. We are now embarking on continuing this leadership journey throughout our organization, to our employees as part of our talent development program. We feel that this course will cultivate a performance results based environment and develop our staff into high performing leaders throughout the organization at every level, which will have a profound impact on the future results of our company.

"As the president of a small charity that struggles to reach the needs of it's community I reached out for resources on the web and found Leaders Edge Inc. After reading through some of the resources and signing up for the newsletter I felt the advice given was targeted directly to me. Because I'm driven by feedback from my community I wanted to reach out and share the impacts of the advice they were offering free of charge. Being an Olympian with Type 1 Diabetes, my charity gained momentum quickly but lacked the same skills in the business as I had in the program delivery and I could tell with our first meeting that Joanne had the energy and focus I needed. Joanne brings energy and finds a way to be passionate about my cause without taking away my ability to lead it, supporting my initiatives with structure and the guidance of an expert coach to get the job done. Thanks Leaders Edge for helping us create a blueprint for success."

I have had the pleasure of working with Joanne in a number of professional capacities over the past few years. Joanne is a bright, articulate communicator both one on one and in larger group settings. She brings a highly professional style to group facilitations and seminars. The feedback from these sessions is consistently positive and I have no hesitation in both working with her again and recommending her to any organization that could benefit from a Leaders Edge program.

We thought that various cultures would not take this programme, but we were proven wrong. We’ve been staggered as to how effective the programme has been in places around the world where we assumed that some of this thinking would not have been adopted so easily.
I think that the PLP was the greatest gift I could have given to my staff. Absentee rates went down, commitment went up, all sorts of soft measures just went through the roof as a result of the programme.
We chose to put all of our leaders through the Personal Leadership Programme (PLP)…we did it in a short space of time with some of us who had been through The Master class, delivering it at the same time. The impact has been amazing. It has completely changed my life and how I behave – at work and also at home. The programme gave me a real insight into who I am and how I behave and therefore the impact that has on others.
In my opinion the value of this program is undeniable. It’s potential to positively impact the performance of individuals both professionally and personally is immense and an empowered workforce is the basis of a high performance organization. I am now in a new job in a different organization and having piloted the program we have now run it for our 50 senior managers. The results are so positive that we are now looking to roll it out to the next level of 250 managers. We see this as a key part of our development of these individuals and a way in which we can drive forward a performance culture that embraces diversity in the organization.
“The approach of covering PLP with our senior leadership teams has started to create a mini tidal wave around the business – not just with the strong messages behind the tools but with the team dynamics of which I have not seen so strong from any other programs we have experienced. There is a particularly powerful piece around beliefs and actual behavior’s that has resonated with every group. It never ceases to amaze me too how powerful the follow up on Day 3 can be, showing small changes resulting in having a huge impact that amazes everyone. There is a keenness now to explore further the whole of PLP as part of an advanced offering for our leaders in relation to culture and behavior.”
