Goodbye, 2019. Hello, 2020!

It’s been an eventful year here in the Leaders Edge blog, hasn’t it?

This year I decided to go a little deeper on topics that I covered here. Rather than covering a topic with just one blog post, I wanted to spend each month on a single theme, and I love how this worked out. I think taking a little extra time on each topic allowed me to go into greater detail and tease out more helpful advice for leaders like you.

I began the year by covering how leaders can transform themselves. I concluded the year by discussing the importance of self-care. In between, I covered topics ranging from mindfulness to meetings, and it’s been quite a ride!

Some great topics, right? But you know what – I can’t take credit for them. For the most part, the ideas for the blog come from readers like you. By listening to your concerns and questions, coming up with ideas for the blog is actually pretty easy. There is never any shortage of inspiration with great, loyal and responsive readers like you!

With that in mind, I invite you to reach out to let me know what you would like me to cover in the blog during 2020. What’s worrying you about the new year? 2020, Here We Come!

I’ve got big plans for 2020, and I’m excited to have you along for the ride! Leadership is changing and transforming, and I will offer my perspective throughout the year so we can all stay informed and empowered.

I am also eager to present my signature Grounded Leader workshop in a webinar format for the first time. Beginning in February, I will cover one pillar of Grounded Leadership each month until the series concludes in September.
