What is a 360 assessment?

360-degree feedback is a process through which a participant rates themselves and we also gather feedback from their direct reports, peers, colleagues, and their respective leader.  We gather a full view of how they are perceived by others and themselves to assess their level of self-awareness, strengths and areas of opportunity and development.

We offer Executive Leader, Business Leader, and Individual Contributors 360 assessments in multiple different languages.

Use foundational leadership competencies to measure what matters most

The assessment questions are based on 80 research-based leadership competencies that cover over 320 leadership behaviors. The leadership competencies have been developed over the past 25 years working with leaders and organizations around the world, and they are strongly correlated to successful outcomes. We partner with our clients by taking each participant through a private 90-minute debriefing session where we:

  • Assist with the interpretation and understanding of the results.
  • Evaluate their highest and lowest competency ratings and develop an action plan to leverage their strengths and address areas of opportunity based on their results.  
  • Aid leaders in contextualizing results with a goal of enhancing their self-awareness and professional growth.

EQ-Lens 360 Assessment
Leaders Edge Inc. is partnered with TMA Performance to offer the EQ-Lens 360 Assessment, a powerful emotional intelligence feedback tool designed to help leaders better understand how they are perceived by those they work with every day.

Built on Daniel Goleman's emotional intelligence framework, EQ-Lens measures five key areas: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Motivation, Empathy, and Social Skills. Through feedback gathered from leaders, peers, direct reports, and others, participants gain valuable insights into their strengths, development opportunities, and overall leadership effectiveness.
